At BodySkin, we believe in providing our customers with premium quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7 Days Return & Exchange Policy under the terms mentioned below.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery of your order.

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
  • Original tags, labels, packaging and accessories must be intact.
  • Product should not have any damage, stains, alterations or signs of usage.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Products

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products damaged after use
  • Washed or worn products
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products purchased during special clearance/sale (if applicable)

Return & Exchange Process

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Share your order details and reason for return/exchange.
  3. Our team will review and approve the request.
  4. After approval, the return pickup process will be initiated.

Please note that the product will be inspected after receiving it. Return/exchange approval will be provided only if the product meets our quality check requirements.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and approved, the refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Prepaid orders will be refunded after successful quality inspection.
  • COD orders may be refunded through available refund methods.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) may not be refundable.

Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.

Damaged or Wrong Product Received

In case you receive:

  • Wrong product
  • Damaged product
  • Manufacturing defect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper images/videos of the product.

Our team will assist you with replacement or resolution.
